Travel Blogs: Best of the Week
There were a lot of great posts on the web this week. I’d like to spotlight a few of my favorites:
Andrew at The Brooklyn Nomad has an upcoming trip to Paris — for merely 24 hours. He’s never been before and is looking for suggestions. I suggested he visit Notre-Dame, get ice cream at Berthillon and wander the streets of Saint-Germain. Got a better suggestion? Help him out!
Jeanne from SoulTravelers3 extols the benefits of Camping by RV in Europe. Camping in Europe is nothing like camping in the US or Canada — campgrounds are much more luxurious with incredible amenities, yet still dirt cheap! She also shares their favorite places to camp, from Barcelona to Tuscany to Dubrovnik.
Steph from Twenty-Something Travel shared photos from Plitvice National Park: The Land Before Time. The Plitvice Lakes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Croatia, are incredibly beautiful. They look like something out of a Hawaiian rainforest, not the Balkans!
Sharon from LifeAfterCubes, currently living in Korea for six months, posted her thoughts on Korean fashion. Yes, there are standard formal and casual uniforms for men and women in Korea…and they’re not what you’d think!
Finally, Adam at Travels of Adam has a post that everyone should read: A Travel Blogger’s Guide to Basic WordPress Security. You can’t be too careful when it comes to protecting your precious blog, and the worst-case scenario would be it falling into the wrong hands.
